In the role of Repair Station Supervisor youll play a pivotal part on our Supply Chain team.

The Supervisor, Repair Station assists the Manager, Repair Station with the planning, implementation, issuing, processing, and tracking repair orders with all necessary documentation for aircraft interior parts in need of repair. This role is also responsible for coordinating status of parts by working with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments to resolve any issues that jeopardize the timely arrival of materials or departure of repaired parts ensuring on time delivery to the customer.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience: Combination of education and experience:
•\tAssociate's Degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Management or related field plus at least 5 years' of related work experience, including experience within aviation/aerospace, automotive, or related industry.
•\tBachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Business, Management, or related field plus at least 3 years' of related work experience
•\tAt least 2 years supervisory experience required.
•\tFAA Repairman Certificate, preferred

Computer Skills: Proficiency with Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Other Skills:
•\tPrevious experience in planning or managing projects
•\tBasic knowledge of program management methodologies
•\tproven ability to manage a repair station
•\tAbility to develop, lead, motivate working teams
•\tSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
•\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient ability to solve problems

Working Conditions:
1.\tDoes require fluent communication in English language.
2.\tEmployment Status may be part-time, full-time, or temporary.
3.\tTraveling may be required.
4.\tProtracted or irregular hours may be required.
5.\tRelocation to another Safran facility may be required.
