7+ years of working experience in related manpower planning and delivery function within a high-volume business. Preference for those with aviation experience within the last 5 years in the capacity of Supervisor / Manager in Manpower Planning / Rostering / Training or Day Of Operations.
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and fatigue risk management.
Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (ICAO, EASA, DAC) and crew scheduling.
Leadership and team management with proven ability to coach and motivate.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing crew schedules and resources.
Proficient in crew management systems and proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
