Position SummaryThis role is responsible to execute with clear direction from the head and team members on the transformation agenda, supporting the Transformation Management Office (TMO) in driving structured transformation delivery, governance, and performance tracking across initiatives, monitor initiatives division, anchoring to clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and target stated, and ensuring alignment to enterprise-wide transformation priorities and value realisation outcomes.
Key Accountabilities- Propose plans, execute and run lab (or design sprints) workstreams (mini lab: no cross divisional involvement / specific implementation lab), with clear direction from Lab Leader and Lead Facilitators, facilitate in the workstream.
- Take charge of lab functionalities and continue to support PMOs in execution of deliverables, aligning to KPIs while ensuring adherence to TMO governance standards, methodologies, and milestone requirements
- Manage reporting templates for Project Managers to execute and ensure initiatives programme deliverables align to the target set, including standardisation of reporting, progress tracking, and benefits realisation in line with TMO frameworks
- Support each Business Unit (BU) and leads of each Transformation Programme to achieve their key performance targets, compile and analyse data, preparing draft reports and slides/papers, providing insights to support decision-making and escalation within TMO governance forums
- Manage internal stakeholders (working level of lab members) and be in charge of highlighting issues / troubleshooting within the scope of mini lab, while escalating risks, dependencies, and blockers through the TMO governance structure
- Support portfolio-level tracking of transformation initiatives, ensuring visibility of progress, risks, and interdependencies across programmes
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment for transformation initiatives, ensuring consistency in execution, communication, and delivery across BUs.
Qualifications and Years of Experience- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or any related field
- At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in project or programme management. business planning, strategy, analytics, or consulting
