BAE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Integration Developer with experience in webMethods for our growing Enterprise Integration Services team. This position will support an area of strategic growth within our IT organization and offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of highly-skilled integration professionals, while collaborating with multiple architecture and infrastructure support functions to support all lines of business across the company.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using webMethods
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs
Develop and maintain integration components, including APIs, interfaces, and data mappings
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of integration solutions
Identify opportunities to improve integration processes and tools

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

BS Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with 6 years of experience working with software (development, configuration management, etc.)
Minimum 4 years of experience in system/application integration
Minimum 3 years of experience working full time with a COTS integration solution – webMethods
Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps
Experience in full SDLC of integration solutions

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

8 years of experience working with software (development, configuration management, etc.)
At least 6 years of experience in system/application integration
At least 5 years of experience developing or supporting integration solutions with the webMethods integration platform
Familiarity with UNIX based operating systems and ability to develop and debug simple shell scripts

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
