In this Role the Senior Manager will be responsible for managing After Market Engineering team (Stress & Repair) and coordinate with RCE and deliver to very high demanding customer.
Job Title: Senior Manager - After Market
Job responsibilities:
- Experience in people management at least 5+ year
- Owns the execution of long-term strategy of After Market One-Off
- Manage Operational Budget within limits
- Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, to enhance performance of work area
- Manages the overall operations / performance of the one-off repair organization
- Coordinates resource planning strategies with senior management
- Provides technical guidance and direction to solve, monitor, enhance customer service performance and ensure activities are efficient, consistent, reliable and high quality
- Develops measures to assess customer experience performance
- Liaises with senior management to ensure that customer service strategies and activities are integrated with business and organization objectives
- Oversees complex customer problems to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Solves and reports findings to senior management on customer experience issues and propose strategies to improve and solve customer complaints
- Coordinates strategies with other groups (DAE/ASM/PSE) to enhance customer service performance
- Propose organization-wide strategies and policies on customer service to ensure positive customer experience
- Evaluates, coordinates and prioritize initiatives to enhance the one-off repair process
- Ensures training is provided to close capability gaps
- Manages and monitors Global support expectations, initiatives and planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or Aeronautics holder with 18+ years of experience managing After Market Engineering team (G&O, Resource Planning, Performance Management,, knowledge on RCE, Stress & Repair ), including 5+ years of proven expertise in delivery management
