Job overview and responsibilities
The Senior Staff Representative- Flight Operations is primarily responsible for providing operational, communications,
program management and administrative support. The Senior Staff Representative will also support the Flight Operations
Duty Manager in the Network Operations Center.
QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):- Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- 2 - 4 years administrative support experience
- Budget planning and implementation
- Project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to constantly evolving work environment
- Highly organized, and the ability to multi-task challenging priorities
- Ability to work with other team members across the organization and with Base leadership
- Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be flexible and willing to be available to support operations per United Airlines CORE 4 values
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):- 3+ years Flight Operations experience
- Knowledge of current CBA
- Validated experience in employee and customer advocacy
- Experience administering union contracts
- CCS, Pilot Records knowledge
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Effectively lead employee and union relations
The base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $103,966.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
