Designation: Senior Travel Consultant
Location: Chandivali, Mumbai
Experience: 3–4 years of experience in retail travel, holiday sales, or customer service
Job Purpose: As a B2C Travel Consultant, you will help individual customers and families plan and book their perfect holidays. You will provide personalized travel solutions, manage end-to-end bookings, and ensure a smooth and memorable travel experience for every client. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Tasks:
Customer Engagement:
- Interact directly with walk-in, online, and phone customers to understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations.
- Recommend suitable holiday packages, destinations, and travel options tailored to client needs.
Booking & Operations:
- Handle reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, and holiday packages.
- Process payments, issue travel documents, and ensure all bookings are accurate and confirmed.
- Manage amendments, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
Sales & Revenue:
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling of travel products.
- Promote special offers, upgrades, and add-ons to enhance the customer experience.
Customer Service:
- Provide professional and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Resolve issues with empathy and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on new destinations, travel trends, and promotional offers.
- Share destination insights and travel tips to inspire clients.
