Role Summary
* In this role, you will support engineering development and production build activities by fabricating, assembling, modifying, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical components and structural assemblies; performing heavy structure drill-out, bonding, fastener installation, and wire harness installation; executing planned work through work orders, designs, computer models, processes, and procedures; and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and configuration control standards. Education & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience in aircraft maintenance, machine trades, or manufacturing technologies.
* Experience with composites, titanium, sheet metal, riveting, fastening, wiring, tubing, and basic machining.
* Familiarity with drawings, blueprints, and technical data.
* Experience using torque wrenches, countersinks, drills, deburring tools, and calibrated equipment.
* Must be a U.S. person for purposes of export compliance.

* FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
* Specialty training or equivalent experience. Job Duties & Functions
* Fabricate and assemble components using standard hand and power tools and precision instruments.
* Perform mechanical assembly, heavy structure drill-out, bonding, fastener installation, and wire harness installation.
* Build, modify, install, troubleshoot, and repair structural assemblies and components used in production.
* Execute work in accordance with work orders, designs, computer models, processes, and procedures.
* Maintain accurate buy-offs of completed work, inspections, and non-conformances.
* Collaborate with engineering to support development activities and recommend improvements.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and configuration control requirements. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to work onsite in a production or manufacturing environment.
* Ability to work first shift hours.
* Possible overtime as required.
