Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow standard work, routings, and approved procedures to support daily production.
- Set up/verify equipment and process parameters; perform in-process checks and document results.
- Identify/contain nonconformances; execute rework and documentation steps per procedure.
- Uphold safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; stop and escalate when out-of-spec or unsafe.
- Support first-piece verification, line clearance, and required quality records.
- Collect defects/downtime/scrap data; update tier boards and visual controls.
- Propose and pilot low-risk improvements; participate in 5S, Kaizen, and standard work checks.
- Conduct routine equipment and tooling checks, basic troubleshooting, and PM tasks; escalate abnormalities.
- Verify material identity, lot control, FIFO; coordinate with materials/planning to resolve shortages.
- Help balance work, manage WIP, and support takt adherence to meet delivery targets.
- Maintain controlled documents and job aids; ensure accurate, timely system data entry.
- Communicate status/issues in daily tier meetings and across shifts; collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering and/or Manufacturing).

- Previous Manufacturing/Process Engineering direct experience
- Experience in assembly and machining processes and part measurement
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
The base pay range for this position is $64,600 - $78,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on January 30, 2026.
