PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Triage of incoming coverage inquiries from Service Centers and Front line personnel
Responsible to record, track and monitor all FalconCare contract claims and their status as they progress through the approval and processing stages (“Rainbow sheet”)
Process FalconCare claims under the direction of the FalconCare Maintenance Rep team:
- Pre-process FalconCare/Labor Warranty and Commercial Program claims
• Load claims into an ERP system; make sure input files contain correct information before uploading
• Review and prepare claims for submission, ensuring they are complete, accurate and ready to be adjudicated
• Coordinate with operator as required to ensure data is being updated in CAMP or other approved maintenance tracking service.
• Transmit pre-processed claims files to FalconCare Maintenance Representatives (FMR) for adjudication and final decision-making
- Validate claimant requested amounts
• Verify eligibility of requested amounts by comparing claim data against contractual and commercial agreements
• Ensure that claims align with agreed-upon rates, terms and conditions outlined in contractual agreements and approved policies
• Research all pertinent and applicable information related to claims, including contract details, payment history, communication and other supporting documentation
• Identify discrepancies or gaps in claim information and work to resolve them before submission to Contract Managers for a smooth handoff for final processing.
Process claims in SAP to ensure proper cost allocation by contract (i.e. claims related to brake programs, MSP Avionics etc)
Responsible for processing and tracking payments of FalconCare subscriptions (ie CAMP, documentation)
Responsible for final claim approval process; ensures proper set up in SAP, oversee signing authority workflow, track and confirm payment to Service Centers, tracking pending claims status)
Control proper recording and cost allocations of specific FalconCare contract features (ie Flex spending)
Assist in resolving service center disputes and customer account issues
Maintain accurate records and ensure all claim documentation is stored in an organized manner
Support the FalconCare Maintenance Reps team with research of more complex information (warranty etc)
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive claim data and ensure files adhere to privacy and security protocols
NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Special projects and other tasks as assigned by management
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2-year college degree (preferably technical, information systems or aviation) or equivalent experience
Strong attention to details and organizational skills to effectively manage and process multiple claims at once
Excellent analytical and research skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers in a professional manner – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle dynamic work environment.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong work ethic, proactive approach and dedication to quality and accuracy
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and inspection programs
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Prior experience in a customer service related position
2 years experience in claim administration, contract management or a related field
FAA A&P license
Spanish/Portuguese

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position typically falls between $63,000 and $70,000 per year. This position is eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus, shift differential or relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
