Technical Coordinator H/M

Job Description:

The Team Coordinator ensures the smooth organization of daily activities, effective tracking of tasks, correct communication with other departments (production, quality, supply chain, customer support and the technical direction teams.), and supports the team leader in the execution of engineering goals. This role acts as the linkage between engineers, adjacent functions, and management, promoting efficiency, compliance with schedules, and a continuous improvement mindset. Under the delegation of the Team Leader, the coordinator helps everyone stay focused, solves small problems safely, quickly, and makes sure the team works efficiently

Job Requirements:

Bachelor´s degree in Aeronautical, Metal-Mechanical , Industrial engineering, or equivalent technical studies.
