Workforce Intelligence Consultant
Job Summary
Design dashboards and reports, deliver analytics insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to present analytics, measure targets, and develop roadmaps. Support the broader team with expertise in workforce planning by creating methodologies, processes, and guides to enable business functions through data analysis and headcount forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Develop influential visuals and presentations; effectively translate data collection methodologies and analytical results into stories and presentations that help organizational leaders to understand the opportunities and inform decision making
- Build end-to-end analytical solutions that are highly available, scalable, stable, secure, and cost-effective
- Serve as the expert in designing, implementing, and operating a scalable environment to flow information from the source systems to data warehouses into end-user-facing reporting applications such as Tableau
- Derive insights from spans, layers, and Senior Leader Ratios to optimize the workforce
- Promote Workforce intelligence across SWA and use data storytelling to communicate findings and recommendations for talent, headcount and labor market data to drive business results
- Develop presentations for Senior Leadership by translating raw data into visualizations and highlighting key outputs in order to present data in a way that is understandable to various audiences
- Educate internal Customers on Workforce intelligence by developing and answering questions, and reviewing work in order to provide guidance on system use and ensure consistency of data
- Assist with OFCCP audits by collaborating with General Counsel, gathering all necessary documentation, analyzing and interpreting data, and corresponding with auditors in order to provide a timely response
- Serve as technical subject matter expert for Tableau, Quick base, and in-house
- HRIS systems
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employees Leaders

- Ability to build data products incrementally and integrating and managing datasets from multiple sources

Required:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
- Human resources, HR support, or HRIS reporting
- Preferred: Proficient in data analytics, such as forecasting, data visualization
- Preferred: Experience using data tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Python
Licensing/Certification
Physical Abilities
- Ability to perform work duties from [limited space workstation/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Pay
- Competitive market rate from $62.00 per hour to $78.00 hour* depending on qualifications and experience.
Assignment Length
- This contract is a six-month assignment, and the duration may be modified based on business need.
