Maximise revenue by negotiating and administering major national incentive agreements and through the effective use of corporate deals, special segment deals, and corporate value add products such as Skywards & Business Rewards.
Build relationship with Skywards Members – Platinum & Gold
Anticipate competitor activities by monitoring spanet trends and initiate sales strategies in a timely manner to outmanoeuvre competitors. Make recommendations which require commercial policy changes. e.g., pricing & LCC pricing Strategy.
To account all activity with major travel agents and ensure the effective dissemination and communication of Emirates developments to assigned clients.
To develop and implement effective sales and spaneting initiatives/plans with assigned accounts to increase Emirate’s revenue and Market Share.
To negotiate agreements with corporate clients and review/assess performance on a monthly & quarterly basis.
To actively visit both agency and corporate clients assigned on the required call frequency basis and update SFDC
Develop road show activities and participate in their production and implementation. Attend trade shows as required and develop/recommend appropriate literature and associated material to support the event.
Coordinate with the Senior Managers to develop sales and spaneting strategies POS & POO BOM spanet segmentation and channel improvement
Create new segmentation for POS/POO BOM
Business planning and execution for BOM along with SM as per spanet conditions, maximizing revenue opportunities
Ensure adherence to all procedures and policies and monitor station performance with periodic agency reviews with SM
Train / guide other team members to improve overall productivity as per guidelines given by RM/SM
Plan & execute development of new routes/weak routes
To maintain the focus, motivation & direction for the sales team to maximize internal support
Monitor and report on spanet and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
